As you can see it from the destination name, it looks like the game server locates on the anycast network. So it looks like it's not easy to measure the proper RTT.

Hmm it doesn't seem to work also it was my mistake for saying just Blue Protocol but this is Blue Protocol Star Resonance. Also for the global version anything that isn't NA/EU is ip blocked.
